Our work throughout the pandemic has seen us assist Life Science Hub Wales’ industry partners, from multinational diagnostics companies like PerkinElmer, to those taking their first steps in the sector by repurposing their businesses to make PPE and lifesaving solutions.
- We promoted the successes through engaging news stories, dynamic films, profile raising expert articles credited to senior leaders, and worked Life Science Hub Wales stakeholders, Public Health Wales, Welsh Government and UK Government teams to influence political briefings and national media releases.
- Each story, video and article we’ve created has stood to demonstrate how these successes have been made possible thanks to the support of Life Sciences Hub Wales and allowed audiences to understand how its work has been vital in driving forward innovations to create real solutions that have saved lives.
- We’ve told stories announcing the creation of Wales’ national Covid-19 testing lab, national hand sanitiser production, the creation of Welsh made PPE manufacturing capabilities, promoting the UK’s first FFP3, medical grade mask making facility, and announcing the recruitment campaign for Wales’ UK Government operated Covid-19 Lighthouse Lab.
