Our team’s always on the look out for stories that spotlight the human experience.
As an independent producer, we work with BBC to produce podcasts and radio shows on a range of themes.
Our first podcast was The Story of Miwsig for BBC Sounds and BBC Radio Wales – a whistle stop tour through the history of Welsh language music crammed with great tunes and memorable insights told by the history makers. Hosted by Huw Stephens and Sian Eleri, the series tracked Welsh language music’s epic journey from the chapels to the charts and featured contributions by Gruff Rhys, Gwenno, and Euros Childs.
The Dog Detectives was our first radio documentary for BBC Radio Wales, which investigated the rise in dog theft during the pandemic and the voluntary organisations helping to reunite owners with their stolen family members. Our journey started in the Welsh Valleys when Sian’s beloved dog Winnie was stolen in broad daylight. We then took in stops around Wales, the UK, and even Illinois, speaking to victims, campaigners, politicians, and the police.
In 2022, our second podcast series for BBC Sounds went live – Margins to Mainstream with Michael Sheen
Their work was performed live by actions, including Michael, during an event we organised for BBC Cymru Wales at the Royal College of Music and Drama in Cardiff and featured at the end of each episode. podcast. The writers were selected through A Writing Chance – a project co-created by Michael and the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and delivered by New Writing North.
We also produce audio advertising for our clients in English and Welsh for Spotify, DAX, local and national radio. From binaural dramas to testimonials and commercials, we create a variety of styles to tell our clients’ stories and engage with their target audience.
