2. Showcasing fashion forward breastfeeding friendly clothing

When new mum Katie Jones struggled to find comfortable, discreet and fashionable clothing to make her breastfeeding journey easier, she took matters into her own hands and launched her own range. The former HGV driver founded Mama Glam with support from our client British Business Bank’s Start Up Loans programme. Katie no longer has to borrow her partner’s hoodies while breastfeeding, as her range of comfortable and stylish dresses, t-shirts and hoodies feature strategically placed zips for easy access. We lined up interviews with Katie across BBC Radio Cymru, nation.cymru and on BBC Wales Today.

4. Not just your run of the Mill development

A home isn’t just a house – With the final phase of works completed on The Mill, a landmark housing development funded by Principality Commercial, we wanted to help our client share the positive outcomes of the decade-long project. Formerly the Arjo Wiggins paper mill site, half of the 800 homes were built for affordable renting through Tirion Homes, creating a sustainable new community in Cardiff. Working with Principality ,we produced a film featuring one of the Mill’s newest tenants, Inas. Her remarkable story shows why building accessible and affordable homes is so important. We also shared the exciting story of the Mill’s completion with the media securing coverage in Wales 247, Business News Wales, and Insider Media.

5. Media Cymru

The six weeks of Olympics and Paralympics in Paris have showcased how 14,000 athletes from all over the world have expanded the limits of human possibility.  But the groundbreaking action wasn’t confined to the track and field; technological innovations from pioneering production companies found new ways to share those inspiring stories that ensured millions of viewers back home got close to the action. And by securing an exclusive OpEd with TVBEurope, we’ve enabled Media Cymru director, Justin Lewis, to reveal that many of those broadcasting firsts were born right here in Wales.
